Boondi Laddoo
Ghee-soaked saffron boondi laddoos, hand-rolled in our Bengaluru kitchen.
Boondi laddoos are the festive workhorse of Indian sweets — deep-fried pearls of gram-flour batter bound with hot sugar syrup, then shaped by hand into glossy saffron-yellow spheres. We make our boondi from scratch in our RMV 2nd Stage kitchen using fresh besan, pure cow's-milk ghee, and threads of saffron infused into the syrup. No edible colour, no preservatives, no factory mixers — just a slotted ladle, a wide kadai, and several pairs of patient hands. Sold loose at ₹360 per kg (roughly 40-50 laddoos depending on size), boondi laddoos are the default order for weddings, baby showers, satyanarayana pujas, Diwali boxes, and corporate gifting hampers. Each laddoo holds its shape and shine for about two weeks at room temperature, and longer in the fridge if you're spacing them out across a festival week. Pairs naturally with filter coffee, hot milk, or as the finisher to a thali. For larger orders (1 kg+), we recommend pre-ordering 2 days in advance — boondi is fried and bound the morning of dispatch for the freshest texture. WhatsApp: +91 94801 11777.
